Brian Lutz
Brian Lutz has over 30 years of practice experience in many areas of law including real estate, corporate/commercial and Wills and estate planning. He has worked closely with financial advisors and accountants on transactions with challenging and complex legal issues. Real estate deals sometimes become complicated.
When that happens, Brian utilizes his knowledge, skill and experience to help obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.

Rankin Lutz practises in the areas of wills and estates, estate litigation, corporate law, and real estate.
Rankin obtained his law degree and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. He also completed a Master’s in International Business Management.
Rankin brings a practical, business-minded approach to his practice, with a focus on providing clear and effective advice to clients navigating complex legal and personal matters.
Outside of his practice, Rankin enjoys travelling, adventure, staying active as well as spending time with family, friends and his two Border Collies, Oso and Tux.
